She is the owner and lead clinical supervisor of Catherine Alvarado, LMFT & Associates, where she supports individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and attachment challenges.

Her approach combines EMDR therapy, somatic techniques, and relational depth to foster mind–body healing and long-term emotional resilience. Catherine co-owns Eunoia Wellness Studio in Redondo Beach, a collaborative space for holistic healing providers and the home of her private practice.
