Welcome to Eunoia Wellness Studio, the home of our Redondo Beach therapy office. I co-founded Eunoia Wellness Studio with Taylor Addison, LMFT, as a space dedicated to holistic mental health and well-being. The name Eunoia (ehv-nee-uh) comes from ancient Greek and means goodwill, sacred favor, and connection — values that guide the way I approach therapy and the environment we’ve created here.
Our wellness studio is a unique space where mind and body care come together under one roof. By bringing psychotherapy and body-based practices into the same environment, Eunoia offers a holistic approach that supports healing on every level — emotional, physical, and spiritual. Whether through therapy, somatic practices, or integrative services, the intention is to create balance, foster resilience, and provide a supportive space where growth can unfold.
