I am committed to walking alongside you or your child to overcome stressful experiences and work towards building a healthier life. I will encourage you to build on your strengths and challenge you to achieve a greater sense of personal fulfillment.
I provide a young and fresh perspective, working with individuals who are facing a variety of issues including but not limited to depression, stress, anxiety, career concerns, trauma, isolation, lack of trust and confidence, and difficulty maintaining work/life balance. Please take some time to review my website, get to know me, and learn about my practice.
When we experience painful events, trust in yourself and the world around you can seem to disappear. Hurt and isolated, it is easy to turn to unhealthy choices and coping patterns in an attempt to gain balance and control back in your life.
Would you like to have a better understanding of yourself?
Do you want to learn how to manage your emotions in a healthy way?
Instead of feeling trapped by your anxiety and past traumas, imagine feeling confident in your ability to control your emotions. Imagine feeling proud to be unapologetically you.
Fear, anxiety, depression, and past traumas can have an immense tole on the brain and body. You may be left feeling stuck, haunted by the past, and fearful of the future. This can affect your mood, appetite, energy levels, sleeping patterns, confidence, and overall sense of well-being.
Whether you are going through a hard time or you just want a space to check in with yourself, therapy can help. I provide a safe therapeutic experience that allows you to explore your feelings and thoughts without judgment. Together, we can get you feeling your best, balanced self.
Young adulthood, referring to those in their 20s and 30s, is a time of transitions. It can be filled with excitement, but also a bit of uncertainty. Together, we can build upon your tools and resources to grow confidence and grace in your personal and professional lives.
Teens are faced with changing roles, academic demands, and social pressure. This can be quite overwhelming, especially when they are still trying to figure out who they are. It can be equally challenging for parents who want to know how to best support their child during this time.
College Student Health & Wellness
During this challenging time, many universities are continuing with remote and/or hybrid learning. As a result, students’ mental health treatment on campus may have been interrupted without students or parents being aware of alternative plans or resources.
